Now Hiring: Tax Director Fresno Area Up to $225k
On-site Agriculture Food & Beverage Manufacturing Real Estate

If youre in theFresno areaand have experience supporting agriculture or food & beverage operations this is an opportunity to step into a high-impact leadership role with a long-standing diverse organization deeply rooted in the Central Valley.
Were looking for aTax Directorto lead our entire tax function across multiple corporations LLCs partnerships and individual ownership interests. Youll oversee everything from compliance to long-term planningwhile mentoring a small in-house team and collaborating directly with executives.
What Youll Do
- Lead all tax functions across farming packing manufacturing and real estate entities
- Oversee and review federal & state returns (corporate partnership LLC individual)
- Develop strategic tax planning initiatives that support long-term business goals
- Provide estate & succession planning guidance to owners
- Improve processes through modern tax & accounting technologies
- Ensure full compliance with all tax laws and deadlines
- Evaluate and communicate impacts of changing tax regulations
- Support transactions including restructurings acquisitions and real estate development
- Manage relationships with external tax advisors and auditors
- Lead mentor and develop tax staff
- Partner with finance legal and operations teams
- Support the CFO with tax provision and financial reporting (FAS 109)
What Were Looking For
- CPA required
- Bachelors in Accounting Finance or a related field of study
- Masters in Tax is a plus
- 7 years of progressive tax experience including 2 years at the manager level
- Strong foundation in entity-level and individual tax compliance & planning
- Experience with both cash and accrual taxpayers
- Solid understanding ofFAS 109
- Background in the Food & Beverage Manufacturing Agriculture or real estate industry
- Strong analytical organizational and communication skills
Compensation
Up to $225k On-site in theFresno area
