Process and Equipment Engineer (PEE) はトラブル対応リスク評価ファブ立ち上げ装置リリースにおいて生産ラインを健全な状態に維持する責任を負いますさらにPEEは製品の品質向上歩留まり改善コスト削減キャパシティアウトプット時間あたりのウエハ処理能力の最大化のためプロセス/ハードウエアの最適化に継続的に取り組む責任を負います半導体ウエハ生産のWETプロセスにおいては様々な種類の薬液ガス蒸気を使って最も効果的にパーティクル汚染物質を除去し膜を除去するためにPEEとしてプロセスと設備の両方の知識を備えますすべての部門と協力し経験を積んで学んでいくことで技術的な知識およびソフトスキルを身に付けることができより優れたマイクロンのメモリ製品に貢献できるようになります

Develop and improve process condition and technology.
Upgrade process capability and reduce production cost.
Establish and modify process management projects.
Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment.
Evaluation promotion and planning of new equipment / materials.
Abnormal analysis and improvement.
