主な業務内容
製造工程で発生する不良や異常を分析し改善策を検討実施
データを活用して問題の原因を特定し対策を提案
製造現場と連携し異常発生時の迅速な対応と再発防止策の実施
新しい工程や改善策の導入評価
定期的な報告書の作成不良の傾向や改善結果など
グローバル拠点との情報共有ベストプラクティスの展開

Job Overview
This role is critical to driving quality improvement and yield enhancement in semiconductor manufacturing. You will leverage data analysis and technical insight to identify root causes of process issues implement corrective actions and lead improvement initiatives.
While prior semiconductor experience is not mandatory a strong analytical mindset and technical aptitude are essential. Training and mentorship will be provided to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities
Perform in-depth analysis of manufacturing defects and process deviations; propose and implement corrective actions
Use statistical and data-driven methods to identify root causes and optimize processes
Partner with production teams to ensure rapid response and prevention of recurring issues
Evaluate and qualify new processes and improvement strategies
Prepare detailed reports on defect trends process performance and improvement outcomes
Share insights and collaborate with global sites to align best-known methods
