Job Summary
Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support day-to-day operational activities while ensuring accuracy compliance and adherence to quality this role you will document processes compile key performance metrics and prepare reports that drive operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with team members maintain strong working relationships across internal and external stakeholders and contribute to the successful achievement of team goals. Strong analytical skills effective communication and a commitment to problem-solving are essential as you will be responsible for identifying issues and delivering timely effective resolutions.
Your Responsibilities:
- Handling all process deliverables with accuracy and ensure compliance to quality regulations and maintain effective relationships with clients
- Should have analytical skills and be a good team player.
- Manage everyday work activities and inform supervisor appropriately
- Document all processes on an everyday basis and collate metrics from associates and prepare various reports
- Ensure and maintain effective professional relationships with colleagues.
- Coordinate with team membersand ensure achievement of all team objectives and goals.
- Analyse all issues of internal and external clients and provide effective resolutions for the same.
Your Experience and Skills:
- Looking for Junior resources between 0-3 Years preferably from Finance/Accounting/Payroll Background.
- Educational Qualification: MBA/M. Com
- MS office (Excel word PPT)/Certified in any courses (Optional)
- Logical & Analytical Skills
- Excellent Communication
