Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Planning Model Development

Develop and maintain SAC Planning models stories and input forms to support budgeting forecasting and financial planning
Ensure solutions are scalable and aligned with business requirements

Requirements Gathering & Implementation

Collaborate with FP&A Controlling and Accounting teams to capture planning needs
Translate functional requirements into effective SAC Planning applications

Data Integration & Validation

Support integration of SAC with SAP BW/4HANA S/4HANA and external systems
Perform data validation reconciliation and quality checks

User Support & Training

Provide first-level support to business users on SAC Planning functionalities
Assist in preparing training materials and conducting user enablement sessions

Testing & Documentation

Participate in testing of new developments and enhancements
Maintain documentation of planning models calculation logic and process flows

Continuous Improvement & Collaboration

Identify improvement opportunities in planning processes
Work with solution architects to align solutions with enterprise standards

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science Finance Information Systems Business Administration or related field
2 4 years of experience in financial planning and performance management with hands-on SAC Planning exposure
Proficiency in:
- SAC Planning models stories and input forms
- Advanced formulas & allocation processes
- Integration with SAP BW/4HANA & S/4HANA
Understanding of financial planning processes KPIs and reporting needs
Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
Good communication skills to engage with technical & business stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

SAP Analytics Cloud Planning certification
Experience in finance transformation projects
