This Outstanding Ofsted Sixth Form College requires an experienced Economics and Business Teacher to join its highly successful Social Sciences department. The College seeks an expert who can link theoretical economic and business concepts with real-world application driving high attainment in academic subjects for students focused on university progression.
Core Responsibilities & Teaching Scope
- Market Analyst: Instructing Economics and Business Studies across Sixth Form (A-Level) only.
- Enterprise Guide: Driving high attainment by focusing on practical case studies economic models and sophisticated business and management theory.
- Investor Club Leader: Leading enrichment activities such as investment clubs and supporting Extended Project Qualification (EPQ) supervision.
Compensation & Benefits
- Essential Requirements: Relevant Degree in Economics or Business and QTS. Extensive experience teaching these subjects to A-Level is essential.
