Job Summary

Network Engineer IT Infrastructure Services (Washington DC)

Fulltime

Salary Range $130-140K Base

Onsite

The Network Engineer will design implement and support the firms global Cisco-based network covering voice collaboration data and wireless environments. This role involves network architecture routing security documentation and hands-on support across production deployment and DR/BC environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Design implement and support Cisco network solutions (LAN/WAN SD-WAN wireless voice).
Troubleshoot network issues optimize performance and ensure high availability.
Develop network standards documentation and capacity planning.
Work with vendors and internal teams on project delivery and incident resolution.
Maintain and perform routine/emergency maintenance and participate in 24/7 on-call rotation.

Qualifications:

5 years supporting enterprise/global Cisco networks; legal industry a plus.
Strong knowledge of routing protocols (BGP EIGRP) TCP/IP QoS SD-WAN.
Experience with Cisco ISE Nexus switches Azure networking Palo Alto/Prisma Access preferred.
CCNA/CCNP required; CCIE a plus.
Strong communication problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
