Job Summary

Role: Senior: Senior IAM Developer

Experience: 7 years

Location: Any DC location of Infosys

Role Overview: The Senior IAM Developer will lead the design implementation and optimization of Okta-based Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. The role involves architecting secure integrations automating IAM processes mentoring junior engineers and driving the organizations identity roadmap while ensuring strong governance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design implementation and enhancement of Okta IAM solutions including SSO MFA lifecycle management and application integrations.

Architect and maintain integrations between Okta Active Directory (AD) LDAP and cloud platforms to ensure secure and seamless user access.

Develop and automate IAM workflows policies and lifecycle operations using Okta Workflows and scripting tools such as PowerShell or Python.

Monitor security posture certificate lifecycle agent health directory imports and handle IAM-related incidents requests and change management.

Implement and support authentication mechanisms (OIDC OAuth 2.0 SAML) for Java/Spring Boot applications.

Contribute to IAM strategy roadmap definition and ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational security standards.

Develop Java-based integrations and services using Spring Boot Java Microservices and JavaScript as needed for IAM implementations.

Lead IAM projects collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers to ensure successful delivery of enterprise IAM initiatives.

Ensure compliance with standards such as PCI GDPR and NIST while implementing identity governance and access controls.

Required Skills & Experience

6 years of IAM engineering experience including 4 years of hands-on Okta implementation in large-scale enterprise environments.

Deep knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols: SAML OAuth 2.0 OpenID Connect.

Strong expertise in Okta API integrations custom authorization flows and identity automation.

Hands-on experience with Active Directory LDAP Group Policy Management and hybrid identity architectures.

Proficiency in scripting for IAM automation using PowerShell or Python.

Experience leading IAM initiatives mentoring technical teams and communicating with leadership.

Strong understanding of security principles governance and compliance frameworks.

Education & Certifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.

Preferred Certifications:

o Okta Certified Administrator

o Okta Certified Consultant
