Job Summary

Job Description:

Deliver product sales and service training to store teams ensuring alignment with Nike brand standards.
Conduct onboarding and DNA module training for all new joiners.
Execute seasonal certification and cheer trainings to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
Support store performance improvement by monitoring KPIs (Conversion QPC CMS CM).
Conduct in-store coaching sessions role plays and situational training to address store challenges.
Drive consumer experience training SOLE on floor OSAT Pulse and Rise India initiatives.
Partner with Regional Trainer for PSKO and seasonal learning rollouts.
Organize store walk-throughs and sports engagement activities to motivate teams.
Track training effectiveness and support retail excellence programs across locations.
