Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Provide support and act as an escalation point for complicated/tier 3 issues that cannot be resolved by the other network analysts.
- On a regular basis provide historical and current statistics as well as proactive metrics on the operational effectiveness of the team along with the health of the network environment and data centre.
- Provide design and architectural recommendations as required.
- General Project and Advisory Support (Advanced Projects)
- Assisting mid-level analysts with duties are required.
