In the role of SharePoint & Document Management Support summer student you will contribute to both the technical and organizational sides of Power Operations digital document environment. You will assist in drafting and refining technical documents - including procedures standards reports and guides - while also supporting core document management activities such as formatting version control and maintaining records within addition you will help coordinate elements of the Management of Change (MOC) process and support the development of dashboards and tracking tools. This role offers hands-on experience with information governance digital content management and process coordination while contributing to meaningful improvements in how information is created managed and accessed across Power Operations.

This is a 4-month co-op placement starting in May 2026 located in Calgary or Edmonton Alberta.
