Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled DHB Project Manager to oversee and manage initiatives within Provider Operations. The ideal candidate will handle project management duties ensuring effective communication compliance and operational performance while collaborating with vendors and state staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and resolve complex issues while collaborating with leadership to implement new program initiatives.
Oversee the planning and execution of new initiatives ensuring schedules are maintained and stakeholders are informed.
Develop and communicate accurate provider communications to stakeholders and vendors.
Establish processes to ensure the integrity of provider participation and prevent enrollment of fraudulent entities.
Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

Required Skills:

Knowledge of NC Medicaid programs and Provider Operations (3 years)
Strong analytical critical thinking and problem-solving skills (3 years)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (3 years)
Attention to detail for accuracy in assigned work (3 years)
