Job Summary

Stipend: INR 30000 / month

Responsibilities

The intern will be part of a sub-team within the Remote Technical Support team supporting the service structure and serviceability of Power Server hardware products.
Assist in designing and executing productivity tools and aids required for the support infrastructure.
Gain hands-on experience with the technical complexity of Power Server machines and understand customer expectations from support.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes tools and documentation related to hardware support.
Apply fundamental engineering knowledge to troubleshoot hardware issues and assist in technical tasks.

Eligibility

Passion for a career in Computer Engineering or Computer Science
Fundamental education in software design and/or testing
Knowledge of Computer Architecture
Proficiency in programming languages such as C C Java Assembly
Strong debugging skills
Scripting knowledge in Python JavaScript Perl Bash etc.
