Role Overview:
We’re looking for a strong Creative & Brand Manager who can drive visual consistency across digital packaging and retail touchpoints — while also owning the brand’s social media strategy and content execution. This hybrid role requires sharp design instincts excellent content sensibility and an understanding of how to make aspirational brands connect online.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Alignment & Strategy
- Ensure brand coherence across all creative output — including packaging social digital ads and sales decks
- Translate brand guidelines into usable creative frameworks for internal and external teams
- Maintain and evolve brand tone: stylish dependable playful and inclusive
- Creative Development
- Oversee the creation of high-quality visual assets for:
- Digital ads (Meta Google Amazon Influencer-led)
- Social media (Reels carousels static posts UGC)
- Packaging (Print-ready artwork for bottles coolers lunch boxes)
- Corporate decks (investor distributor and B2B presentations)
- Ensure creatives are engaging brand-aligned and optimized for platform or medium
- Design Execution
- Translate briefs into powerful visuals by combining strong aesthetic judgment with functional clarity.
- Collaborate closely with product marketing and sales to deliver campaign visuals that resonate with core audience: aspirational youthful and outdoor-loving
- Review and finalize designs to ensure quality and clarity
- Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute content calendars across Instagram Facebook YouTube LinkedIn
- Brief and coordinate designers photographers and editors to create engaging content formats (Reels product demos creator collabs)
- Write or refine social copy to reflect our brand tone
- Monitor analytics and adjust strategy based on performance
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with design studios print vendors influencers and ad agencies
- Provide clear direction and feedback to ensure timely high-quality output
- Be hands-on where required in packaging design photoshoots or video planning
Candidate Profile:
• 4–6 years of experience in brand content or creative roles (preferably in a product or lifestyle brand)
• Strong portfolio across social content packaging and digital design
• Comfortable writing or editing copy for digital and packaging use
• Understanding of performance metrics on social (Instagram Meta Ads)
• Collaborative and deadline-driven
Tools Preferred:
• Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator (or team coordination of the same)
• Meta Business Suite Google Workspace Creator Studio
• Bonus: Premiere Pro or knowledge of short-form video workflows.
