Key Responsibilities
* Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing screening scheduling interviews).
* Manage onboarding documentation induction and employee records.
* Maintain attendance leave data and share payroll inputs.
* Coordinate employee engagement activities and office events.
* Manage office administration: stationery vendors housekeeping travel and logistics.
* Handle office bills invoices and monthly expense tracking.
* Maintain company assets (laptops SIM cards ID cards etc.).
* Address employee queries and support grievance handling.
* Ensure HR policies and statutory compliance are followed.
* Manage resignations exit formalities and asset collection.
