Website - of the Role | The Regional Sales Manager – South will be responsible for leading sales operations across the Southern region of India. This role focuses on achieving revenue targets expanding the distribution and retail network strengthening institutional and project sales and driving a high-performing team to deliver sustainable business growth. |
Key Accountabilities | Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Growth Drive sales for the complete product portfolio: modular switches LED lighting & luminaires wires & cables MCBs and DBs. Distribution & Channel Development Appoint manage and strengthen distributors dealers and retail partners across the region. Team Leadership & Capability Building Lead mentor and train the regional sales team to enhance coverage and productivity. Customer & Market Engagement Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and after-sales issues. Operations & Reporting Coordinate with warehouses and logistics for seamless product availability and timely deliveries. Required Qualifications Education: Graduate in Business/Marketing; MBA preferred Experience: 8–12 years of experience in sales & business development with at least 3–5 years in a regional leadership role preferably in electrical products building materials or consumer durables with a proven track record of achieving regional targets and managing large teams. Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of electrical products and market dynamics in South India
