Job Summary
Infosys is seeking aJava Lead Developerwith application maintenance and support experience. The position will primarily be responsible for providing support for the In-House product from customers requirements. The selected candidate be able to provide user support maintain and upgrade the applications. Develop new features and write test scripts. Troubleshoot the issues on the systems. Interact with customer process consultants and business SME to understand and analyze various processes. Derive automation opportunities and make recommendations from the product discussions.
Required Qualifications:
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Albany NYorbe willing to relocate to the area prior to onboarding. This position may require travel in the US.
- Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4years of Relevant Information Technology experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Java andRDBMS/NoSQL (Databases);AWS orPython/NodeJSMicroservices and Spring boot
- Application development experience using Java/J2EE technologies (Spring Struts Maven Hibernate JDBC).Java design and development experience using Object Oriented design principles and software design patterns.
- Experience with Micro services development using spring boot or any other technology framework. Knowledge ofdesigning implementing hosting and debugging RESTful API Web services.
- Develop new features and test and monitor the Documentum systems.
- Experience working on one of DB technologies writing queries etc. Oracle MySQL PL/SQL or Postgres.
- Passionate about learning new technologies and enjoy a collaborative team environment
- Experience with translating business use cases to technical solutions user interface design and database structures.
- Analytical mindset and good problem-solving written and verbal organizational skills.
- Ability to work as part of a working within Agile Scrum or SAFe and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
