Job Summary

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and talented Activation Lead to join our this pivotal role youll drive the successful execution of activation and go-to-market strategies for a variety of monetization incentives across diverse sales channels. Your expertise will empower the rollout boost engagement and foster widespread adoption of these programs. By coordinating impactful activation activities enabling sales teams and ensuring clear communication of program benefits youll play a key role in fueling our growth and driving performance.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • GTM Activation: Partner on execution of Monetization Incentives activation plans by coordinating with key XFNs from sales operations insights and other XFNs.
  • Act as a key partner for sales teams providing timely information materials and support to drive incentive activation.
  • Help organize and deliver training sessions and OHs to ensure sales teams are equipped to utilize incentive benefits.
  • Communicate: Draft and share clear communications about benefit launches and changes geared towards audiences.
  • Gather and synthesize feedback from sales and XFN teams to inform future activation strategies.
  • Prepare sales-facing summary reports and insights in partnership with the Activation Lead.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to lead discussions with key stakeholders to explore evaluate and develop best practices.
  • Strong team player with demonstrated project management skills. Will be asked to keep multiple projects and programs moving simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical strategic-thinking problem-solving and organizational skills as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Experience working effectively within a changing environment and pivoting to areas of greatest opportunity under ambiguous situations.
  • Works well under pressure resourceful works well independently and is a self-starter.
Required Requirements:
  • BS/BA degree.
  • 4 years business experience working with sales teams agencies and/or partners.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
  • Contribute to OP technical discussions peer reviews etc.
  • Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
  • Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
