Job Summary

French Speaking Customer Service Representative

Location: Porto Portugal (On-site)
Only candidates living in Porto or within 30 km

We are looking for French Native or C2 level speakers to join a Customer Service team in Porto.
No previous experience is required full training will be provided.

Work Schedule

Monday Saturday
Between 07:00 19:00 (rotative shifts)
On-site

Job Responsibilities

Receive incoming calls from customers
Assist customers with:
- Subscriptions
- Billing inquiries
- Technical troubleshooting
Welcome and support customers in a professional and friendly manner
Offer personalized solutions on each call
Collaborate with the team and contribute to a positive work environment

Requirements

French Native or strong C2 level
No previous experience required
Good communication skills
Currently living in Porto or within 30 km
Availability to work on-site

Salary & Benefits

Base salary: 930/month (x14)
Meal allowance: 9 / day
Performance bonus:
- 100 per month for the first 3 months
- Afterward based on performance
Private medical insurance after 4 months
Transportation reimbursement: up to 40
