Job Summary
Test Lead
Toronto - Hybrid
Role and Responsibilities:
System SIT / UAT Test coordination with onsite / offshore testing team client project managers business users
Preparing Test Plan Traceability Matrix and implementing the plan for testing
Ensure testing activities allow applications to meet business requirements and systems goals fulfill end-user requirements and identify existing or potential issues.
Clearly and concisely record track and report the status of issues enhancements and other software changes.
Participate in client implementations where software acceptance testing is required.
Make recommendations for improvement of applications to developers and project teams.
Participate in regular project meetings with an overview of the status of bugs and enhancements.
Building test cases and test data to assist in the testing effort.
Creating additional documentation to estimate assist and record the testing effort.
Ensure that bugs and requirement variances are being appropriately communicated to development for correction.
Document and triage any unexpected bugs or issues identified in testing with instruction of how to recreate them.
Assist in defining testing methodologies and quality control standards.
Work in collaboration with IT and Customer Engagement teams to ensure that the solution functionality is well tested and documented.
Mandatory MUST HAVE skills and experience.
Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience as a Test Manager
Experience in Coordination of Functional Testing activities and client handling
Excellent verbal and nonverbal Communication
Hands-on experience on Qtest
Maximo Click Mobile knowledge Salesforce FSL knowledge
Manual Functional Testing Qtest Knowledge of Work Asset Management Utilities Salesforce FSL SAP
