About the Role

Were seeking a highly experienced Corporate Finance Manager to oversee financial performance cost control budgeting forecasting and reporting for several high-value corporate business units.

This position requires strong leadership commercial acumen and the ability to collaborate across finance operational and executive teams. You will play a strategic role in strengthening financial governance and supporting continuous improvement across the corporate finance function.


Key Responsibilities

Lead monthly reporting forecasting and annual budget cycles across multiple cost centres
Manage corporate charges and recoveries including payroll allocations utilisation reporting internal interest and bank guarantee charges
Oversee treasury-related processes including payments banking platform maintenance account management and issue resolution
Ensure accurate recording reconciliation and reporting of prepayments
Drive business improvement initiatives and support strategic projects
Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Provide leadership and guidance to finance personnel fostering a culture of collaboration and performance excellence



Requirements

Bachelors degree in Accounting Commerce Finance Business or related field
CA or CPA qualification
1015 years experience in senior-level corporate finance roles
Strong leadership capability with stakeholder management experience
Experience within construction engineering industrial or complex corporate environments
Strong understanding of Workday Financial Management or Adaptive Planning (preferred)
Excellent communication problem-solving and analytical skills
