Were seeking an experienced recruiter in the sectors of high-volume recruiting for non-exempt roles and executive talent headhunting for exempt this position you will manage 1-7 open requisitions at once working with urgency precision and resilience. This position demands someone who thrives under pressure adapts quickly and understands the rhythm of high-volume hiring.

What Youll Do in the Lions Den:

Manage the full recruiting life cycle from sourcing to offer.
Conduct phone interviews and live virtual interviews with confidence.
Review and evaluate applicant assessments résumés and pre-screening results.
Utilize an ATS ensuring accuracy organization and speed in candidate tracking.
Apply AI-driven sourcing strategies to expand talent pipelines and improve fill rates.
Source candidates through job boards social platforms networking and targeted outreach.
Build relationships and communicate clearly with candidates while representing the pride with excellence.
Meet aggressive hiring deadlines with very limited time to fill roles.
Work independently as a 1099 contractor managing your time workload and productivity effectively.
Lead generation Bring in new clients needing recruiting services.

What You Bring to the Pride:

Fully bilingual in Spanish and English.
4 years of high-volume recruiting experience (required).
4 years of executive talent headhunting.
Proven track record of success in fast-paced hiring environments.
Proficiency with ATS systems and AI sourcing tools/strategies (required).
Commission-based recruiting experience preferred not required.
Lead generation Recruiting Business Development preferred not required.
Strong multitasking prioritization and communication skills.
Experience with sourcing pipelines job boards and modern recruitment tools.
Bachelors degree in related fields such as HR or Business preferred but not required.
Ability to pass a criminal background check.
A passion for the recruiting jungle and the instinct to keep the pipeline strong.

Remote
1099 Contractor Role
Commission-Based Estimated Annual Earnings of $60000$70000
Schedule: MondayFriday with some weekend availability based on business needs
