Job Description
As the Appointment Setter & Relationship Manager youll chat with potential customers via WhatsApp qualify their needs and connect them with the appropriate medical specialists. This is not a hard-sales roleits about trust empathy and ensuring every client receives personalized and attentive service.
You dont need a medical background; full training will be provided. Your focus will be on understanding client goals asking thoughtful questions and smoothly scheduling them for consultations with the correct doctor.
Responsibilities
- Engage inbound leads from WhatsApp campaigns in a warm professional manner
- Vet and qualify potential customers to understand their rejuvenation or stem-cell goals
- Set appointments with the appropriate doctor based on the clients case
- Act as a relationship managernurture leads through empathy clarity and high-level service
- Maintain consistent communication with prospects ensuring they feel supported
- Document conversations and track lead progress through the funnelManage inbound inquiries from high-value international clients (Asia US)
- Escalate medical or technical questions to the appropriate internal specialists
- Work closely with the clinic team to ensure smooth hand-offs and excellent client experience
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales appointment setting customer success or relationship management
- Strong experience with warm leads nurturing and consultative conversations
- Exceptional communication skillsempathetic patient and highly professional
- Comfortable handling high-end clientele and luxury service environments
- Ability to qualify client needs through thoughtful questioning
- Organized proactive and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously
- Experience with WhatsApp-based communication is a strong plus
- No medical background requiredfull training in treatments and terminology will be provided
