Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies for new and existing products
- Lead launch activities for new products and solutions coordinating with cross-functional teams
- Identify market trends customer needs and competitive dynamics to inform business decisions
- Generate and apply customer insights to optimize portfolio and marketing campaigns
- Drive adoption of innovative technologies through targeted promotional and educational activities
- Collaborate closely with R&D clinical regulatory and sales teams to align goals
- Manage marketing projects budgets and timelines effectively
- Monitor digital marketing performance and adapt tactics for healthcare professionals and consumers
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and Philips standards
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or above in Marketing Business Life Sciences Biomedical Engineering or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong analytical project management and leadership abilities
- Experience in digital marketing and/or marketing automation tools
Preferred Experience
- 5 years of marketing product management or innovation experience (healthcare or medical devices preferred)
- Successful track record in launching new products or technologies
- Experience working in multinational companies or cross-cultural teams
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the medical device sector
