We are looking for someone with a passion for sales an eye for details and the drive to lead a team to not success but greatness.

What youll do
Responsibilities
- Operational oversight: Manage the day-to-day operations ensuring the branch is safe well-maintained and efficient. This includes coordinating all activities to meet goals and objectives.
- Staff management: Train and supervise branch employees. Motivate staff to achieve and exceed performance goals and assist with their professional development.
- Financial management: Oversee financial activities like sales contracts analyze reports and manage budgets. They must also monitor processing and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Business development: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales grow the customer base and expand market share. This includes promoting products and building relationships with new and existing clients.
- Customer relations: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries handling complaints and building rapport within the community.
- Risk management: Identify assess and mitigate risks related to operations finances and market conditions to ensure the branchs stability and reputation.

Qualifications
Leadership and people management skills
Strong sales and customer service skills
Excellent communication networking and interpersonal skills
Analytical and strategic thinking abilities
Organizational and multitasking skills
Understanding of financial products regulations and market trends
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Computer skills
- Confident and experienced negotiator
- Relevant industry experience would be an asset
- Valid drivers license
- Ability to work in an environment of changing priorities
- Ability to work 40 hours per week
