Job Summary
Location | Ch. Sambhajinagar |
Duties and responsibilities | To support the Implementation & Management of the Network and Server infrastructure - First Level support to users in regards to hardware and standard software like MS-office Outlook etc - Client printer IP-Phone installation - Periodic review of Infrastructure setup from Contingency and Audit point of view - Ensure proper working of IT Infrastructure - Ensure IT systems are in line with IT-policies |
Technical Requirement | Knowledge of hardware and networking |
Competencies:
Strong basics in hardware networking and troubleshooting
Ability to provide first-level user support for systems and applications
Skills in installation and configuration of client systems printers and IP phones
Good communication problem-solving and user-service orientation
Adherence to IT policies documentation and audit/compliance requirements
