Description
Must Have:
- 7 years Experience working across cross-functional teamsincluding clinical product and development stakeholders.
- 7 years in facilitating current state assessments and gap analysis
- 7 years Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written and strong partner engagement skills
- 7 years working with/knowledge and understanding of digital exchange standards such as FHIR clinical terminologies (e.g. SNOMED-CT LOINC).
- 7 years experience Time Management with the ability to manage tight deadlines and prioritize multiple projects

Required Experience
Deliverables:
Over the duration of engagement the resource will be responsible for the following key deliverables:- Collaborate with Data for Connected Health Data Standards and Architecture program teams to build on existing integrated data architecture related to the data utility concepts.
- Advance the inventory through the definition of the data elements captured in each data type by specific solution. This will include the identification clinical terminology standards and other health data standards being utilized.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide program management leadership and expertise of large scale highly complex high profile and high-risk initiatives that may be multi-jurisdictional and/or enterprise wide.
- Ensure accountability for the programs centralized group of projects and their successful full life cycle delivery.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Excellent strategic thinking facilitation and communication skills including ability to translate complex concepts into plain-language visuals or briefings.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Products with a preference for candidates that have experience with Microsoft based cloud tools (e.g. Microsoft Office 365).
- Knowledge of Healthcare Information Systems used throughout the province of Ontario
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills; verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal and negotiation skills
- A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines
- Ability to build trust and model alignment with peers bringing humility curiosity and shared mission orientation.
