Business is booming at Flexspring. We seek an experienced and bilingual Project Manager to join our all-star Delivery team. YourKeyResponsibilities
- Responsible for scheduling and leading status meetings requirements gathering sessions and other ad hoc meetings.
- Developprojectscopesobjectivesandprojecttimelineinvolvingallrelevantstakeholdersandensuringtechnicalfeasibility.
- DocumentingbusinessrequirementsprocessesandworkflowsbuildingdatamappingtemplateanddatavisualizationfortheClienttounderstandthecompleteflowoftheintegration.
- SupportthedeploymentadoptionandscalingofsolutionsdevelopedfortheClient.
- Coordinate internal technical consultants and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Identify upsell opportunities during the integration projects and draft Change Requests for approval.

- CEGEPorCollegeDiplomaequivalentinComputerScienceInformationTechnologyBusinessAdministrationandManagement;oracloselyrelatedfieldand2-3yearsofjob-relatedexperienceinaninformationtechnologyenvironmentfocusedonHRsystems.
- Demonstratedexperienceinmanagingmultipleprojectssimultaneouslythatoftenhavecompetingtimelinesanddeadlineswithinbudgetandprojectscope
- Excellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskillsaswellaspresentationskills.
- AproventrackrecordinClientengagementanddemonstratedexceptionaldeliveryandproblem-solvingskills.
- StrongbackgroundingatheringbusinessrequirementsanddevelopmentofdatamapsforintegrationsincludingOracleHCM.
- Demonstratedexperienceinthedevelopmentofprojectplanstomanageresourceswithinbudgetandprojectscope.
- Strongproblem-solvingskillsbothtechnicalandbusiness.
- Self-awaremotivatedcoachableabilitytocollaboratewithallteammembers.
