What will you do
Provide quality assurance by ensuring all client product integrations are completed
Drive implementation setup progress for net-new Hiring Enterprise Program customers
Ensure customer success through strong adoption usage and engagement
Maintain deep understanding of product features to guide customers on best practices
Track customer lifecycle milestones such as onboarding and activation goals
Record customer activity in a timely manner in the CRM system
Candidate profile
Fluency in German and English
Experience analyzing data trends and client information to identify growth opportunities
Expert knowledge of MS Office (Outlook Word PowerPoint Excel)
Strong communication collaboration organizational and project management skills
Ability to work confidently with clients and internal teams
Strong time management and ability to work independently within deadlines
Experience working with queues/cases/tickets in CRM platforms
Ability to build trust quickly and develop strong relationships
