Our ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys partnering with internal and external stakeholders with over 5 years experience in a commercial and industrial Property Manager role and high level of competency in property performance analysis and valuation principles.
About the Role
As a member of Cromwells in-house Property team and reporting to the Portfolio Asset Manager this permanent full-time role will manage a portfolio of Industrial and commercial assets and execute the asset plan through efficient tenant retention and cost control to maximise the value of each asset.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial
Formulate annual capital income and expenditure budgets and undertake monthly forecasting.
Complete detailed monthly preparation and review of each Net Operating Income Statements including leasing costs incentives and variance analysis.
Accountability for the preparation review and sign-off annual outgoings recovery reconciliations.
Operational
Instruct solicitors on and administer all lease documentation.
Prepare monthly quarterly and periodic reports.
Oversee carpark management agreements operations and performance.
Maintain compliance obligations in accordance with the Environmental Management System.
Customer
Conduct best in class tenant relationship management.
Undertake make good and lease negotiations.
Manage general tenant correspondence.
