Job Summary

Support the execution of the most complex high priority strategic initiatives across the business with speed and precision
Play a key role in hitting our Group-wide value targets and shaping Endeavours future
Based in Sydney with hybrid working

As a Senior Manager Strategic Delivery youll be a core part of Endeavours new high-calibre Transformation Office. We partner with senior leaders across the Group to drive our new strategy and ensure we hit our value targets.

Within the office youll join a strategic delivery team that is deployed into business units for short sharp stints to diagnose execution blockers redesign delivery roadmaps and instill the discipline needed to get key initiatives back on track.

Here is a taste of what you can expect in this role:

Workstream Diagnostics: Work with senior leaders to understand the technical financial or operational root causes of delivery drift across our most complex high-priority programs.
Data-Driven Replanning: Rapidly build and stress-test revised project schedules and business cases ensuring that recovery milestones are realistic and grounded in data.
Execution Support: Act as a squad lead during short-term intervention sprints working directly with initiative teams to clear technical backlogs and unblock critical path items.
Insight Synthesis: Distill complex findings from diagnostic work into presentation-ready documents for use in executive updates.
Process Improvement: Identify common failure patterns across projects to help improve Endeavours program execution capabilities.

Qualifications :

Now lets talk about you:

Core Consulting Foundation: 8-10 years of experience in a top-tier management consulting firm potentially complemented by time in a dedicated internal strategy or transformation unit within a large corporate.
Financial Modeling: Experience building and stress-testing business cases and value-realisation trackers to ensure financial assumptions remain valid during a re-plan.
Cross-Functional Navigation: Experience working within a matrix environment managing stakeholders across Finance Tech and Operations to resolve cross-functional blockers.
Executive Presentation Development: Expertise in distilling key insights and producing crisp high-impact updates for ELT-level audiences.
