Salary: 31754 - 36787 per annum

Hours: 40 hours per week

Were looking for an Estate Manager to lead a team of caretakers in delivering an excellent estate management service to residents. Youll be covering North London.

Youll be managing the teams performance and motivate them to work effectively as a team and on their own. Youll assist in their development and training to help encourage your team to achieve their full potential.

Youll be responsible for making sure a safe working environment is provided for all employees including the provision of such information instruction and supervision as is necessary. Alongside this you will also be responsible for organising and setting work rotas for the team making sure appropriate levels of staffing are maintained at all times

Youll be an experienced manager of people with excellent customer service skills and knowledge of health and safety processes relevant to the provision of a caretaking and estate cleaning service.

This is a hybrid role with a base location at our offices in Wrights Road office in Bow London. Candidates will be expected to work from the office at least four days per week.
