Ready to elevate your plant and equipment valuation career As a Director with JLLs Value and Risk Advisory team youll spearhead complex assignments drive strategic growth and become a recognised leaderwith flexible location options across all capital cities.

What Youll Do:

Lead Expert Valuations

• Complete sophisticated plant and equipment valuations across diverse sectors

• Take ownership as Principal Valuer ensuring compliance with IVS/API/IFRS standards

• Lead complex high-profile assignments with national exposure

Drive Business Growth

• Generate new business through strategic client development and relationship building

• Cross-sell JLLs comprehensive service offerings

• Represent JLL as a thought leader at industry events and client functions

Develop Talent

• Mentor and manage Assistant Valuers and Valuers

• Conduct quality assurance reviews and provide constructive feedback

• Support recruitment and professional development initiatives

Deliver Excellence

• Exceed client expectations through superior service delivery

• Maintain JLLs reputation for accuracy and professionalism

• Meet ambitious financial targets while ensuring cost-effective project delivery

What You Bring:

• Qualified plant and equipment valuer(API RICS or ASA)

• Minimum 7 yearsspecialised valuation experience in Value and Risk Advisory

• Bank panel representationacross multiple institutions

• Strong analytical and financial acumen with exceptional attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills and client relationship management abilities

• Proficiency in Word Excel and ability to adapt to JLL systems
