We are looking for aPortfolio Analysttojoin ourDigital & Technology (D&T)Delivery team in our D&Tdepartment.

Where in Wellcome will I be working

TheD&T Deliveryteamworksacross the department to ensure high quality and efficient delivery of technology and digitaltransformation programmesprojectsand agileproducts.We strategically planprioritiseand deliver D&Ts diverse portfolio and manage the Digital & Technology Investment Plan for delivery of strategic change activities.We are ateam of12includingdelivery managers projectmanagersand analysts. We useamix of waterfall and agile practicesand are activelyimplementing more agile ways of working across the portfolio.

You will bereportinginto the Senior Manager D&T Delivery.

What will I be doing

We are looking for astrategicportfolioreporting professional todeliverreporting mechanisms across D&T with a focuson defining meaningful performance and delivery metrics for our portfolio. The role will be working closely with the Senior Manager D&T Delivery inshaping and optimisingour performance reporting as well asproviding administrative support to the wider team tofacilitatesuccessful delivery oftheportfolio.

As a Portfolio Analyst you will:

  • Build and present reporting mechanismsacross the portfolio. This includes performance reporting on projectstransformationprogrammes products and alignment withour organisationalobjectivesand key results(OKRs)

  • Help define and updatekey measuresto report on D&T operational and strategic activitiestoenable data-driven decision making.

  • Find opportunities to improve on and automateour existing strategic and operational performance reporting and implementthose

  • Support D&T Deliveryteambyestablishingthe right level of risk issue and change control processes and templates

  • Help coordinate our governance meetings with scheduling agenda planning paper collating and ensuring follow up actions are completed

MinimumCriteria:

  • Experience working within a digital and technology environment

  • Experience of working in portfolio analyst role or similar and solid knowledge of portfolio reporting

  • Experience with project and agile delivery methodologiesframeworksand tools
