• Deliver a great guest experience by providing excellent food in line with our menu
• To assist the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef with ordering requirements
• Prepare ingredients & dishes to the standard & specification
• Measure dish ingredients & portion sizes accurately
• Deal with deliveries & ensure stock rotation
• Maintaining cleanliness hygiene and Atlas standards taking pride in the hotel and its team
• Live and breathe our values of Be Guest Focused Work Together Show Commitment and Strive for Quality
• Be an active and effective team member working together to achieve hotel goals
• Understand guest satisfaction scores and maintain a good knowledge of hotel areas of focus
• Maintain compliance standards
