Job Summary
A friendly and forward-thinking secondary school in Leicestershire is seeking an Early Career Teacher of Spanish to join its MFL department from January 2026.
The department is well led and known for supporting ECTs through structured planning mentoring and shared practice.
The Role
You will teach Spanish across KS3 and KS4 focusing on building student confidence in communication and cultural understanding. Lessons are well resourced and ECTs are supported with clear schemes of work.
You will:
Deliver engaging communicative lessons
Develop confidence in assessment and feedback
Receive regular mentoring and coaching
Contribute to language enrichment activities
