- To ensure smooth functioning of the showroom.
- To attend walk-in customers and providing them exceptional customer service.
- To provide technical support to customers and resolve their queries.
- To ensure achievement of sales target (Only related to Showroom)
- To suggest dealers and channel partners to clients
KEY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

STRATEGIC
- To ensure smooth functioning of the showroom.
- To attend walk-in customers and providing them exceptional customer service.
- To provide technical support to customers and resolve their queries.
- To ensure achievement of sales target (Only related to Showroom)
- To suggest dealers and channel partners to clients
OPERATIONAL
- Responsible for smooth functioning of the showroom.
- Responsible for generation of Sales through Walk-in Clients.
- To discuss the details features general product information with the customers and potential buyers.
- To attend walk-in customers and providing them exceptional customer service.
- To make quotations for architects and end customers as per their requirements.
- To provide technical support to customers and resolve their queries.
- To maintain and develop customer relationship being the Single Point of contact.
- Responsible for achievement of sales target (Only related to Showroom)
OTHER INPUTS/REPORTS:
- To maintain Daily sales conversion report
- To submit Walk-in and Sales reports on Weekly/Monthly basis to the Reporting Manager
- To ensure daily updating of report file with respect to Walk-in customers B2B Architect and designers
