Distributor Pull Creation | Enable distributors by creating project-led demand ensuring consistent pull for stocking and movement. Share project pipelines and demand forecasts with distributors to aid inventory planning. Act as a catalyst to improve distributor confidence through predictable project flows. |
Architect & Contractor Influence | Work closely with architects façade consultants and contractors to influence product specification and design adoption. Conduct product presentations technical discussions and value-engineering sessions to position offerings as preferred solutions. Actively participate in design development and pre-bid discussions to improve project win probability. |
Project & Developer Engagement | Identify map and engage mid-size and large real estate developers across the assigned South India zone. Build long-term relationships with project decision-makers including developers project heads and procurement teams. Track upcoming ongoing and future projects to ensure early-stage engagement. |
Market Intelligence & Planning | Develop a robust project pipeline across residential commercial and mixed-use developments. Track competitor presence pricing benchmarks and specification trends in the projects market. Provide structured feedback to internal teams on market requirements product gaps and emerging opportunities. Internal Coordination Work closely with internal sales technical and supply chain teams to ensure seamless project execution. Ensure timely communication and alignment across stakeholders for project conversion and delivery. |
Fabricator Collaboration | Coordinate with window fabricators during the project lifecyclefrom specification to order closure and execution. Support fabricators in project costing technical clarifications and commercial alignment where required. Ensure fabricators are well-aligned with project timelines expectations and quality benchmarks. |
