$223888 salary package - includes base salary ($197662 per annum) plus employers contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role

This role leads strategic workforce partnering across a senior executive portfolio ensuring workforce solutions are tightly aligned to organisational priorities and operational needs. It drives the design and implementation of integrated workforce plans strengthens leadership capability and provides highlevel insights that improve business performance mitigate risk and support major cultural and organisational transformation. The role also oversees a diverse partnering team ensures consistent delivery of People & Culture initiatives and acts as the escalation point for complex workforce travel will be required as part of this role.

About You

Were looking for an influential workforce leader with deep experience partnering at the executive level and leading business partnering teams in complex environments. You will bring a strong generalist capability with a strength in translating business strategy into practical highimpact workforce solutions. You excel at building trusted relationships coaching senior leaders navigating ambiguity and using datadriven insights to shape decisions. You are a confident problemsolver a steady escalation point for complex workforce matters and a valuesled leader who champions safety collaboration and a customerfirst mindset.
