Job Summary
Position Description:
Strong technical knowledge of Linux & Wintel
2-3 years experience managing and leading technical resources / teams
Strong ITIL Knowledge
Performance management experience
Good understanding of basic network
Experience with Linux and Wintel monitoring tools
Excellent communication skills
Positive and professional demeanor
Strong problem management skills
Independent thinker able to make decisions in stressful situations
Coaching and mentoring staff
