The Opportunity: What Youll Be Doing

As Personal Tax Manager youll:

  • Liaise directly with private clients and internal teams to deliver proactive tax advisory services

  • Lead new client meetings focused on tax planning and advisory opportunities

  • Oversee and review service line projects supporting and developing Tax Seniors and Trainees

  • Provide expert guidance on complex client matters including agricultural tax and trusts (desirable)

  • Monitor workflow manage billing and ensure high-quality project delivery

  • Respond to ad hoc queries from across the business building trusted relationships

What Were Looking For

Essential requirements:

  • CTA qualified (or equivalent)

  • Minimum 4 years UK practice experience with a strong personal tax advisory background

  • Proven experience leading advisory projects and managing client relationships

  • Full UK Driving Licence

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Track record of managing supporting or mentoring junior tax professionals

  • Strong teamwork and ability to collaborate across multiple offices

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of agricultural tax and trust matters

Location & Working Arrangements
