The Opportunity: What Youll Be Doing
As Personal Tax Manager youll:
Liaise directly with private clients and internal teams to deliver proactive tax advisory services
Lead new client meetings focused on tax planning and advisory opportunities
Oversee and review service line projects supporting and developing Tax Seniors and Trainees
Provide expert guidance on complex client matters including agricultural tax and trusts (desirable)
Monitor workflow manage billing and ensure high-quality project delivery
Respond to ad hoc queries from across the business building trusted relationships
What Were Looking For
Essential requirements:
CTA qualified (or equivalent)
Minimum 4 years UK practice experience with a strong personal tax advisory background
Proven experience leading advisory projects and managing client relationships
Full UK Driving Licence
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Track record of managing supporting or mentoring junior tax professionals
Strong teamwork and ability to collaborate across multiple offices
