Overview

The St. Louis Support Services Division for Enterprise Mobility currently has an exciting opportunity forBusiness Administration Manager!

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Business Administration Manager leads the business management function for several Support Services Departments including Contact Center Replacement Services Customer Excellence and other administrative departments. This position works very closely with Support Services Department Officers the GP76 accounting team and the AVP of Business Administration to ensure accounting business practices internal controls and other administrative functions areoperatingeffectively and efficiently to support the businessobjectives.

ABOUT THE JOB

This full time position will be in personbased out of our offices in Weldon Springs Maryland Heights and Corporate Campus (Clayton) locationswith the opportunity to work a hybrid schedule after 90 days. This role has a schedule of Monday-Friday with a start time ranging from 7:00am-8:00am CST. Compensation decisions will be made based on factors that include but are not limited to experience education location and skill level.

ABOUT THE TEAM

Enterprise Mobilitys Support Services teamsare responsible forGlobal Call Center Operations Replacement Rental Services Support Information Management Customer Service Metric Programs North American Roadside Assistance Sales Support Small Business Programs and Technical Support team consists of over 4000 customer service professionals supportstaffand management around the globe in 15 different countries with 70 million customer contacts handled annually.

Responsibilities

  • Manage forecasting and monitor results for assigned Support Services teams
  • Provide support and recommendations on Group financial performance to the Senior Vice President/General Manager and AVP Business Administration
  • Ensure compliance with policies procedures and Federal/State/local laws
  • Propose ideas to the Group on business opportunities and risks as they relate to the financial performance of the Group
  • Provide input in the formulations of Group policies and procedures coordinating their implementation and evaluating compliance
  • Properly safeguard company assets/financial information
  • Assess department business risks and implement controls to minimize impact by balancing the benefits and costs of the respective controls
  • Monitor and provide guidance in regard to compensation adjustments performance reviews various procedures and directing individuals to Human Resources when appropriate
  • Provide guidance on Business Practices by ensuring policies procedures and founding values are understood and followed
  • Coordinate with appropriate individuals to plan work/storage space ensure computers and office equipment are functioning appropriately and other work environment needs are addressed
  • Develop key relationships within Enterprise Mobility outside partners and other professionals to enable successful identification development and implementation of strategic solutions

Qualifications

  • Must live in the state of Missouri and in the St. Louis or surrounding area
  • Bachelors degree in AccountingorFinance
  • Professional certification (e.g. CPA or CMA) preferred
  • 5 years of Accounting or Financial Planning & Analysis experience
  • 2 years of Management Supervisor or Lead experience preferred
  • Mustbe authorized towork in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
