Job Summary

Crown Subaru in Chattanooga has an immediate opening for a progressive results-driven Used Car Sales Manager to lead ourpre-owned operations!

If you have successfully managed a large sales team as a seasoned used car manager and/or new car manager you should definitely consider applying today!

This is not a behind the scenes position! You will be actively involved in leading and training our used car sales force while providing guidance to build upon our professional team atmosphere.

You will also have the opportunity to step into the role of New Car Sales Manager at Crown Subaru when needed. So your experience as a new car sales manager is a definite PLUS!

The right candidate should have the following:

At least five successful years in a dealership sales environment
Previous experience as a dealership sales manager - new or used car - is helpful.
New and used inventory control skills.
Excellent training desking deals.
Use current technologies to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

This dealership has a planning volume of 60 - 70used cars/trucks per month.

Additional Qualifications:

Experience in maintaining the profitability of a department while controlling expenses and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Management personnel require strong communication skills to deal with customers employees and vendors as they represent the dealership.
AUTOMOTIVE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
