Location: Katowice - 2 days in office / 3 days remote

The opportunity

At EY Global Delivery Services youll join our AI & Data team to lead complex data modernization projects for global clients.

This role is pivotal in shaping transformation strategies that drive client success and enhance EYs reputation as a leader in digital and AI transformation.

Youll leverage your expertise to guide organizations through strategic transformations while collaborating with diverse teams across our global network.

Your key responsibilities

Lead high-visibility data and transformation programs from concept to completion
Build trusted C-suite relationships that drive actionable outcomes
Design governance frameworks that ensure program success
Translate business challenges into future-state solutions
Leverage emerging technologies to accelerate client digital transformation
Mentor teams and contribute to EYs thought leadership

Program Leadership: Ability to orchestrate complex multi-workstream transformation initiatives while maintaining strategic focus

To qualify for the role you must have

14 years consulting experience (10 in project/change management at Big 4 or pharma industry)
Proven success managing C-suite relationships and complex transformation programs
Strong technology knowledge as an enabler of business change
Bachelors degree (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
Key certifications (Project Management Change Management Design Thinking)
Willingness to collaborate across global time zones
