About the Role

Are you passionate about making a difference in Australias transition to renewable energy We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Power Purchasing and Demand Management Coordinator to help drive the success of our national electric vehicle (EV) charging network.

Youll play a key part in ensuring we buy electricity smartly keep our network running smoothly and support projects that help protect our environment and communities. If you care about energy community and Country this could be your next step.

What Youll Do

  • Support Energy Procurement:
    Work closely with energy providers to ensure fair and reliable power purchasing. Help manage contracts track usage and respond to billing questions.
  • Demand Management:
    Develop and deliver strategies to manage electricity demand and support grid stability. Contribute to innovative projects like integrating battery storage and renewable energy.
  • Data and Reporting:
    Analyse and report on energy costs and performance supporting transparency and continuous improvement.
  • Work Across Teams:
    Collaborate with finance engineering and sustainability experts to meet our energy and environmental goals.
  • Champion Compliance:
    Ensure we meet all regulations and uphold NRMAs standards for safety ethics and sustainability.

What Youll Bring

  • Diploma or Bachelors degree in Energy Management Electrical Engineering or are working towards oneor have equivalent experience in energy utilities or EV infrastructure.
  • Great communicator and collaborator.
  • Comfortable with Excel and keen to learn new digital tools.
  • Interested in energy sustainability and supporting positive change in your community.
