Whats the role
Youll be at the heart of supporting one of Australias most vital sectors Agribusiness (Northwest Tasmania). As a Senior Relationship Manager/Relationship Manager based in Smithton TAS youll lead relationships with key players in the agricultural industry while also supporting large commercial clients. Youll work with businesses requiring lending solutions from $3M to $50M helping them grow and thrive. Youll be well supported by our wider Agribusiness team with local support. This full-time role offers the opportunity to make a real impact backed by a dedicated Agribusiness and Commercial Banking team.
Please note relocation and rental assistance support will be offered for this role
What do I need
- Agribusiness Expertise: Deep understanding of the agricultural sector its cycles and its challenges.
- Commercial Acumen: Experience supporting large commercial clients with complex lending needs.
- Relationship Building: Proven ability to foster strong long-term client partnerships.
- Credit Skills: Strong in cashflow lending balance sheet analysis and deal structuring.
- Business Development: Demonstrated success in acquiring and growing customer portfolios. Including acquiring new-to-bank customers and leveraging a well-established network of referral sources.
- Network Strength: A well-established network of industry and referral partners.
