We are seeking a French-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join a fast-paced customer-centric operation in Portugal. This role plays a critical part in delivering high-quality customer experiences acting as a trusted point of contact for French-speaking markets while ensuring service excellence operational efficiency and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for French-speaking customers via phone email and chat

Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction and quality standards

Manage complaints and escalations professionally ensuring timely and accurate resolutions

Document interactions and outcomes in internal CRM systems with high data accuracy

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (operations QA training) to optimize customer journeys

Consistently meet or exceed KPIs related to quality productivity and customer satisfaction

Ensure full compliance with company policies processes and data protection standards
Candidate Profile

Native or fluent French (C1/C2 level required)
-
Good command of English (minimum B2 for internal communication and documentation)

Previous experience in customer service contact center or customer support is preferred

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset

Ability to work in a structured target-driven environment

High level of professionalism reliability and adaptability

Willingness to work on-site in Portugal (relocation support may be provided if applicable)
