Job Summary

Role Overview

We are seeking a French-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join a fast-paced customer-centric operation in Portugal. This role plays a critical part in delivering high-quality customer experiences acting as a trusted point of contact for French-speaking markets while ensuring service excellence operational efficiency and brand consistency.

The ideal candidate combines strong communication skills with a solution-oriented mindset and thrives in an international performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for French-speaking customers via phone email and chat

  • Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction and quality standards

  • Manage complaints and escalations professionally ensuring timely and accurate resolutions

  • Document interactions and outcomes in internal CRM systems with high data accuracy

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (operations QA training) to optimize customer journeys

  • Consistently meet or exceed KPIs related to quality productivity and customer satisfaction

  • Ensure full compliance with company policies processes and data protection standards

Candidate Profile

  • Native or fluent French (C1/C2 level required)

  • Good command of English (minimum B2 for internal communication and documentation)

  • Previous experience in customer service contact center or customer support is preferred

  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset

  • Ability to work in a structured target-driven environment

  • High level of professionalism reliability and adaptability

  • Willingness to work on-site in Portugal (relocation support may be provided if applicable)
