Job Summary
- Curates and updates cocktail menus by mixing and serving beverages in a high quality and performs techniques to upsell beverages.
- Interacts with guests in a warm friendly manner takes orders promptly and remains observant and responsive to each guests inquiries while following hotel standards.
- Oversees the bar operations including inventory orders pricing and cost control while maintaining the bar clean neat and orderly fashion.
Qualifications :
- Graduate of a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Bartender in a luxury hotel is an advantage.
- Outstanding guest service skills with sophisticated communication skills creativity leadership and organizational skills.
- Strong working knowledge in Food & Beverage and applications such as Microsoft Office and Micros or similar P.O.S systems.
