Our Consumer Lending team is looking for an experienced and strategic leader to join us in Bonifacio Global City (BGC) as Head Personal Loans Product Management.

In this role you will own the Personal Loan product drive its growth profitability and competitiveness and lead product innovation initiatives that enhance customer experience and strengthen EastWests market position.

What the role will entail

• Drive growth and profitability of the Personal Loan product through product and process initiatives aligned with business strategies

• Analyze customer data market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and support business expansion

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product functionalities and integrate them into digital platforms

• Review and endorse product programs policies and procedures to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements

• Maintain updated product information and ensure adherence to all relevant regulations

• Lead mentor and develop team members to drive performance and career growth

What were looking for

• Bachelors degree in any business-related field

• At least 5 years of experience in Sales Marketing or Product Management for consumer products

• Minimum of 2 years of experience handling consumer financial products preferably in Sales Marketing or Product Management

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis

• Experience with digital channels and/or project management is an advantage

• Strong leadership strategic thinking and communication skills
