Presales Ownership / プリセールス業務
- Collaborate with the sales team 営業チームと協力し顧客要件を理解して最適なITサービス提案を作成
- Prepare and deliver RFP/RFI responses solution presentations and cost estimations RFP/RFI対応ソリューションプレゼンコスト見積もりを準備提供
- Conduct product demos and proof-of-concept sessions 製品デモやPoC概念実証を実施し価値提案を説明
- Work with technical teams 技術チームと連携し顧客ニーズに合致した高レベルのアーキテクチャ設計を行う
- Stay updated on market trends 市場動向や競合新技術を常に把握しサービスを効果的に位置付け
Product Ownership / プロダクトオーナーシップ
- Define and communicate product vision 製品ビジョンロードマップ戦略を定義共有
- Prioritize and manage backlog バックログを優先順位付け管理しステークホルダー期待と整合性を確保
- Collaborate with development teams 開発チームと協力し要件をユーザーストーリーや受け入れ基準に変換
- Act as liaison between stakeholders and technical teams ステークホルダーと技術チームの橋渡し役として納期遵守と品質成果を保証
Business Analysis / ビジネス分析
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions 要件収集セッションを実施し詳細なニーズを把握
- Perform gap analysis and feasibility studies ギャップ分析実現可能性調査影響評価を実施
- Create functional specifications and process flows 機能仕様書プロセスフロードキュメントを作成
- Support UAT and validate deliverables UATユーザー受け入れテストを支援し成果物が要件に適合しているか検証
